General Instructor Course (GIC)
Our General Instructors Course (GIC) is renowned as being the most comprehensive in Krav Maga education in the world today. The course operates world-wide and is delivered by our highly experienced Global Team of Instructors.
Divided into two phases of applied learning over 196 hours (24 days), the GIC will develop your physical Krav Maga skills and combine it with the ability to teach others through a comprehensive programme.
Successful completion of the course is dependent on meeting specific criteria at the end of each phase, concluding with a final examination of both physical skills and teaching abilities at the end of phase 2 where you will be awarded a Graduate Grade in Krav Maga and an Instructors Certification under Krav Maga Global (KMG).
Prerequisites for KMG instructors Acceptance onto the GIC is through application to the Australian and New Zealand Branch of Krav Maga Global and authorisation from the Australian and New Zealand Director.
After successfully passing the course, you will be part of the largest Krav Maga provider in the world and also Australia and New Zealand. You will have access to school owners and Instructors with a wealth of information to be the best you can be. We also conduct yearly advance courses to improve your teaching and knowledge of Krav Maga Global, have two Instructor updates per year and many events throughout Australia and New Zealand.
